Uma Garden is a wood-fire restaurant tucked into Umalas, a few minutes from Seminyak and Canggu. Everything starts at the fire: dry-aged and wagyu steaks over charcoal, whole fish, vegetables charred or raw, and bread baked in-house. Wine runs through the night, cocktails open it, and live music fills the garden twice a week. It is less a venue than a house - a place built for long dinners and the people you bring to them.
